BlazeRoutes provides a software-as-a-service platform designed for pest control companies to manage their operations, including customer management, route planning, scheduling, invoicing, and communications.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeRoutes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
